Helping develop a strategic roadmap for the SLT
The business had just recently won over half a billion worth of contracts. This brought massive change across the business, going from 40 to 180 employees in under 12 months.
The senior leadership team was rebuilt to help deliver the awarded contracts. Pursuit worked on a bespoke coaching programme to help define the teams purpose, its vision & mission. Once this work was completed, we then organised two workshops with the operational workforce of the business to help them better understand the vision.
This programme, culminated in a UK wide roadshow to take the new strategy out to the over 3,000 staff across 9 locations, we filled these days with team building activities, personality profiling (DiSC symmetric profiling)
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from the Roadshows and if our objective was to increase engagement and a connection with the business then I think we have certain achieved that
