How Capita’s employees bring customer service to life

Capita was seeking to reposition itself as an employer of choice, with a focus on attracting customer-service centric people to its team.

Pursuit interviewed more than 20 customer-facing employees across all levels to understand more about what made Capita a great place to work – and how their commitment to customer service really made a difference to their day. We built the script around their words – not changing anything so that the video was completely authentic.

It was then launched as part of a wider employer branding campaign, promoting it on the website and via social channels, and supporting it with individual profiles and interviews of the employees involved demonstrating the diversity and passion of the Capita team.
