Creating the wow factor for Capita’s contact centre journey

Capita IT Enterprise Services offered a standard range of contact centre technology solutions, reselling brands such as Avaya and Cisco.

However, following Capita’s acquisition of the User Experience specialists, OrangeBus, the team identified an opportunity to rejuvenate its proposition beyond simple technology to incorporate a whole customer journey consultancy and delivery offering.

Pursuit worked with Capita to help define its value proposition and bring it to life at the flagship industry event ‘Contact Centre Expo’.

Pursuit leveraged the idea of a journey, creating a rich picture that showcased how Capita could support every stage of the customer journey with deep customer and user experience knowledge.

We then proposed a 3m x 2m interactive stand that would allow attendees at the event to explore each part of the journey in detail. The event was a huge success, with 20 qualified meetings confirmed and more than 50 further leads identified.
