We’ve been to three countries, met 1700 employees and danced with a Keith Lemon lookalike.

Working top-down from the C-Suite to employees has helped the entire team connect and engage with the business following the rebrand and minimal networking over the years due to COVID.

The core values embedded within Maximus’ culture were brought to the forefront and emphasised through these communication programmes, and the positive outcome is a testament to how dedicated the Maximus team are to their work.
